Our daily lunch and dinner buffets typically feature 10 to 12 vegetarian dishes, 4 to 5 non-vegetarian items and fresh tandoori naan from the clay oven. From the à la carte menu, guests order butter chicken, goat curry and goat vindaloo, palak paneer, Charismatic Biryani, tandoori chicken, channa masala roti wraps with basmati rice, and Indo-Chinese favourites such as Hakka noodles and chili chicken. All chicken, goat and lamb is halal, and we serve no beef or pork.
